Happenings at Scape Bazaar on Sunday 15th April 2012

Categories:

Some snapshots of my handmade bracelets:)

Sunday was a damn hot day. My table was directly under
the tree, non-sheltered and I was perspiring profusely:(
By evening, the weather was more tolerable with some gentle
breeze but it was a rather quiet Sunday this week:(

Usually there are lots of people shopping around in this area but I guess
the heat do drive customers away.  Most customers would prefer the
comfort of aircon shopping centers including me:)

I would much prefer my favourite spot outside Toast Box but
once in a week, especially Saturday I couldn't book the area unless
the regular vendors are not coming:)  Anyway MacDonald, Old
Chang Kee, Cong Cha are all a stone throw away!

Antique bracelets created by me when I am in the mood for
the good old times:)  I like to use natural stones n cloisonne
for the ancient effect!

These are more for the brave ones who want to wear skulls
on their wrists, necks or simply as mobile accessory:)

When night falls, is lights up and soon curtain call at about 9 p.m.
Most vendors pack up rather early on Sunday as some have to
attend schools or go to work the next day.  This bazaar is only
for some a part time business to earn some passive income.  The
cheap rentals attract alot of sellers here especially on Saturday &
public holildays n the place is usually fully booked!
